Perth Sales Room, Gallery and Warehouse hours are: Monday - Friday- 9am - 5pm. (Please note that the Perth showroom is open by appointment only.) Please contact Perth on (08) 9382-3333 or via email: salesperth@crystaluniverse.com.au to book an appointment.
Melbourne Sales Room, Gallery and Warehouse hours are: Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm (and additionally on first Saturday of each month). Appointment is necessary for new customers. Please contact our Head Office on 03 9646 1744 or via email at sales@crystaluniverse.com.au with any specific questions.

What is the difference between Crystal Universe Melbourne and Crystal Universe Perth?
We have two locations, a showroom in Subiaco, Perth and our head office in Port Melbourne, Victoria. Both of our stores have a different variety of stock, our head office website has been running for longer so they have a larger range of stock available on their website. Our stock variety will grow over time and we try to have different items available on both websites, plus our standard ranges making it easier for our Western Australian clients to purchase online and receive their orders sooner. Even though we are the same company, our processes such as shipping may vary.
